Amish at the Dentist

Well, I can't see my latest post if I look on my website, but apparently you all can 'cause I got a really nice comment from Kathleen. :O) Thanks Kathleen...I love getting comments.
Anyway, today I had a dentist appointment. One small little cavity...No real big deal. But it was funny, while I was in the waiting room of the ultra-modern dentist office I was sitting next to an Amish man and his son. It was just interesting to see these two guys sitting with there suspenders on, no buttons and all that in this modern room. It's downtown and it's like one of those loft apartments where you can see all the pipes and stuff, but it looks awesome. Lots of chrome and glass. You know what I mean? Anyway, the little boy was probably about 8 or so and he kept staring at me while I played a game on my cell phone. I kept looking over at him and smiling and then he'd get shy and turn away. It was cute. Another funny thing was that his father was reading some magazines. The only one I could catch the title of was, get this, TV Guide. I just that that was amusing.
Not much went on today, except that my cell phone has no service for some reason. So I can't call anyone and no one can call me.
Maybe I'll post again later....Who knows.
Until then,

She's Baaaaaack!

Hello there. I know, I know it's been a very long time. But school's been absolutely crazy, and with my new computer I've installed The Sims, so I've been playing that in my free time.
Anyway, what's new? I won a DVD/VCR player at Valu Market's Christmas party...And I wasn't even there! I was working!
Kim's getting married! Yeah, I know...Weird. His name's Shane (yes, the same guy she had sex with on my couch).
We had a big GCP party last night. It was a lot of fun. Pretty much everyone was there. I gave everyone the picture frames I made, and they really like them :O) It's nice to finally have some friends...Who live in town.
Speaking of friends, I'm going to be visiting Emily in Texas over Christmas break. From Christmas eve to New Years eve I'll be there. It's going to be a lot of fun. I'll get to see Aubrey too...Which is awesome. He's almost 3 already. Sometimes I talk to him on the phone, we can actually almost have a conversation now. I know he's having a conversation, but half the time I can't understand what he's saying. But the other half I can so it evens out.
Oh, here's something else. I've been elected to be the layout manager for the next issue of the GCP. ::Gulp:: I hope I do a good job......I've had a little experience with layout before, but only with Microsoft Word, which isn't too complicated.
I told Kathleen that I would put something in my blog today....But I don't remember what it was :O(...Hum...It might have been the fact that I have green shoes, but I don't remember. Oh well.
Guess what. I "met a guy" last night at the party. When I first got there I thought this one guy was cute and nice and stuff, but then later I found out he's gay. Figures. That's what always happens, huh? But he was still real nice and we had some good conversations and stuff.
It was really funny at the party last night Vanessa got really drunk and was saying really stupid/funny stuff...And Sarah got "tipsy" and was also doing funny stuff. I love watching other people get drunk...It's fun. Chris was being kinda anti-social though....Oh well, I can never tell what he thinks of me. Sometimes I get the feeling that he doesn't like me, and then other times I get the feeling that he's just neutral. I'm not worried about it.
I'm really glad I joined the GCP this semester. Can you believe that last night was the first party I've been to where I felt completely comfortable around everyone there. I wasn't second guessing everything I said, and I even talked to some new people. And I told stories and people were listening to them. I sound like such a dork. But the fact that I didn't just sit there being bored was just cool. I didn't even want to leave, but it was nearly 2:30 and I was getting sleepy.
Well, I guess I'll end on that sappy note. I'll try and update more often! I promise.
